Shipping & Returns


(a) Purchases of item(s) weighing between 0-500g will incur a delivery charge of €2.50 within Ireland.
(b) Purchases of item(s) between 500g – 29kg will incur a delivery charge €5.00 within Ireland.
(c) Purchases of item(s) between 30kg – 50kg will incur a delivery charge of €30.00 within Ireland.
(d) Purchase of any item(s) >50kg will be subject to a €100 freight fee for delivery within Ireland.

It is necessary for any recipient of the item(s) purchased from Powerfleet to be on site for sign-off at time of delivery.

Free Instore Pickup: Goods can be collected from our showroom in Clonmel.

Delivery Times


All item(s) purchased will be dispatched within 3 days of time of purchase subject to stock availability. You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched and detailing when you should expect to receive your item purchased.

We dispatch most of our goods from our showroom in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, however on occasion, if we are out of stock of a product, we may get it shipped directly from our supplier.


We will dispatch your goods via either AnPost Express or a third-party courier service partner of Powerfleet, subject to size and weight of item(s) purchased (see listings above). If for some reason you are not available to take delivery on the day scheduled, please make us aware at least 2 days before scheduled delivery date, in which case an alternative arrangement can be made for delivery.


We aim to process all orders and have them dispatched within 3 working days. If we are out of stock of a product at the time of purchase, it may take longer however, in this case we will always reach out and make you aware of any delays in delivery time.
When your order is dispatched from our, or our supplier’s premises, we will send you an e-mail confirmation. For larger items such as lawn mowers and tractor mowers, our third-party courier company will contact you directly to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.


Returns Policy


Prior to dispatch


If for some reason you decide that you want to cancel you purchase(s), you can cancel the order at any time prior to dispatch and we will refund your payment. If however the item has been dispatched we would ask you to return the item to us and on receipt. Delivery/Postage costs incurred by the recipient for returning any item(s) purchased are not refunded by Powerfleet.

Damaged in Transit


If your goods are damaged on delivery you have the right to refuse delivery, please inform us of this immediately and before you use the item, and we will dispatch another product for you. If they are damaged once opened please inform us of this and repackage the goods which will be uplifted. A replacement product will be dispatched.

Not Satisfied with your item


If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason - change of mind, wrong size, wrong item ordered, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that it is returned to us in an unused condition in the original packaging and with your receipt. Delivery/Postage costs incurred by the recipient for returning any item(s) purchased are not refunded by Powerfleet. A full refund for the item(s) will be issued on date of receiving item and receipt.

Faulty Goods


If after some time your machine is faulty please contact us immediately and we will assess the problem. If required, we will send replacement parts or collect & repair. If the product is covered under manufacturer’s warranty, we will cover all costs involved in getting the machine back to us and repaired. If the problem is not covered under warranty, we would ask you to cover costs in this instance.
